The book profiles 9 successful companies with useful lessons for individuals or organizations of any sector or industry!  Jeana highlights best practices and lessons learned from several of the companies, including Alcatel-Lucent, BASF, and Ingersoll Rand,  to illustrate the key concepts discovered through her work.
