The book profiles 9 successful companies with useful lessons for individuals or organizations of any sector or industry! Jeana highlights best practices and lessons learned from several of the companies, including Alcatel-Lucent, BASF, and Ingersoll Rand, to illustrate the key concepts discovered through her work. She discusses practical examples of the many challenges and obstacles faced by the companies, and how they are being successfully addressed and overcome.
